PROSECCO COCKTAILS
BRUT OF THE MATTER
Sugar Cube
1 Dash of Angostura bitters on the cube
.25oz Pear Liqueur
Maschio Brut
Garnish: Fresh grated Cinnamon on top
Place sugar cube into Coupe or Champagne glass, pour dash of bitters and Pear Liqueur onto cube, top with Maschio Brut, a sprinkle of fresh grated cinnamon on top.

TIPSY TEA PARTY
.5oz fresh Lemon juice
.75oz Simple Syrup
1.5oz Black tea, (cold or room temperature)
3 to 3.5oz Maschio Brut
Garnish: lemon wheel
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice in it, gently stir, Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Bourbon Down the House
1oz Bourbon
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
.5oz Simple syrup
2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
3oz of Maschio Brut
Pour the first 4 ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until cold, pour into a Coupe or Champagne glass, top with Maschio Brut.

PROSECCO ROSÉ COCKTAILS
Rosé Royale
1oz Vodka or Gin
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
.5oz Simple syrup
Blackberries and Mint leaf
Top with Maschio Rosé
Pour the first 3 ingredients into a shaker tin, add 2-3 Blackberries and 3-4 mint Leaves, add ice and shake until cold, pour into a Coupe or Champagne glass, top with Maschio Rose Prosecco.

Good Thymes
.75oz Reposado Tequila
.75oz Lime Juice
.75oz Simple Syrup
4oz of Maschio Rosé
Garnish: Raspberries and a Thyme Sprig
Pour the first 3 ingredients into a shaker tin, add 3-4 raspberries and 4 Thyme leaves, add ice and shake until cold, fine strain into a wine glass with ice in it, top with Maschio Rose, gently stir, garnish with fresh Raspberries and a Thyme sprig.

Collins Cooler
1oz Vodka or Gin
.7oz Fresh lemon juice
.75oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 Slice of cucumber
Top with Maschio Rose
Garnish: Mint Sprig & Cucumber Slice
Put all the ingredients besides the Maschio Rose into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until cold, Strain into a Collins glass, top with Maschio Rose Prosecco and gently stir. Add garnishes.
